On Courage is a number of stories of the Victoria Cross & George Cross holders each story is introduced by a “famous” person including Mary Berry, Joanna Lumley, Alexandra Armstrong, Sir bobby Charlton, Jack & Michael Whitehall, to name a few. Frank was honoured to be asked also to contribute to this book and he introduces William Hall VC. We are advised £2.70 from each book goes to Combat Stress for veterans Mental Health.
